The wash bays are constructed as a complete unit from mild and stainless steel and are transported to site for installation by forklift. Each wash bay is powder coated in the client’s choice of colour and branding. A wash bay can be supplied with or without an integrated pressure washing system.
Description
The wash bays comprise of a mild steel enclosure on three side with an open entry and exit point to allow for safe loading of plant and equipment. The operative will load the plant into the wash bay via a ramp which is fitted with anti-slip safety tread. When pressure washing, the runoff water and debris flow into the water catchment tray in the base of the wash area and onto the sump situated at the side of the bay. This sump captures the solids and oils allowing the grey water to be transported via a sump though a filter system to the header tank. This water then flows via pipework to the power washer to re-use.
