Pick-Up Based Bin Cleaning Machine
This is our latest addition to our range. We have designed and built to exact customer specification our pick-up bin cleaning machine. All machines are made to order and our technical team will be able to advise you the most cost effective solution to meet your needs. These vehicles are very versatile and are able to be used in many locations.
Description
Designed and manufactured in house to EC machinery directives. The machine is supplied with a declaration to confirm it is manufactured in accordance with: Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC { EN12100:2010 } Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC { EN60204-1 } Environmental Noise Directive 2000/14/EC { EN3744:1995.
The machine incorporates an on-board plant operating system with its own generator and power supply allowing the machine to be totally self-sufficient. The water power to wash the bins comes from an 11HP Honda GX390 petrol engine and Udor 11ltr a minute pumping system.
The bins are clamped, lifted and rotated into position via a hydraulic bin lift via the push of a button. The operator interface located on the side of the machine allow for the operator to control the various aspects of the machine safely and hassle free. As the machine draws its starting power from the gel battery, the battery is charged via the on-board generator. The wash bay is produced from stainless steel and incorporates a 6-stage filtration system and sediment catchment tanks
The machine can be powder coated in the customer’s choice of colour and is supplied with an operator manual. Additional options and extras are available – for example, larger water pump, additional cleaning lances, flashing beacons etc. Please contact us for more details.
