The bins are clamped, lifted and rotated into position via a hydraulic bin lift via the push of a button. The operator interface located on the side of the machine allow for the operator to control the various aspects of the machine safely and hassle free. As the machine draws its starting power from the gel battery, the battery is charged via the on-board generator. The wash bay is enclosed with stainless steel splash guards and rubber curtains which limit the amount of water leaving the wash area while in operation.

XL Trailer Based (Hybrid) Semi-Automatic- Hot wash

This product assists with the internal washing of 240 to 1100 litre waste bins in a static position. The interface located on the side of the machine allows for the operator to control the various aspects of the machine safely and hassle free. It  is capable of lifting two smaller bins or one large commercial bin at one time and these are clamped, lifted and rotated into position via a hydraulic lift via the push of a button.

The water used for the cleaning of the bin will come via a Ubor pumping system driven by an Nicolini electric motor and these are fitted within the front of the machine with easy access for servicing and maintenance. The bins are cleaned internally with a manual hand lance and the water used is filtered and returned to the main water tank for re-use. The hand lance can also be used for other cleaning duties when not cleaning bins – Eg washing vans and machinery used on site.

The machine will require power from the mains electric supply on site (also available in petrol model if required) and a water supply to fill the tank.

The machine incorporates and on-board electric motor, pumping and filtration system along with a hydraulic bin lifting system. The machine is powered via a 62amp, neutral, earth power supply from site, once the machine is p-lugged in and the water source if attached to the fill point, the machine can go to work.

The Udor pumping system delivers water through the auto wash heads at a rate of 80 litres per minute at 110bar. With an internal header tank, the water never runs out. The machine is designed to be constantly connected to a mains water supply allowing for auto top up of the header tank due to loss of water from atomisation or dripping from the bin. The same water is used throughout the working day and is recycled and filtered while in operation. The machine requires one discharge and clean down per day which saves on the sites water usage.

Static Machinery

This automated “hot wash” bin cleaning machine is designed for the internal cleaning of food caddies and cassettes that slide inside round or square public bins. The caddies/cassettes are placed over the top of the wash heads onto the stainless debris grill. At a push of a button the caddie/cassette is firstly power rinsed and then thoroughly “pulse cleaned” with a detergent. Finally, the caddie/cassette is rinsed with clean water.

The machine is controlled by a programmed operator interface. The machine is pre-set as per the customers’ requirements but it does allow for the operator to adjust the cleaning times and heat settings. Suitable training is given upon delivery and an operator manual is supplied.

The machine is built to CE certification and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditation. Maintenance and service agreements are available upon request.
