The Nilfisk VHS120 ACD vacuum is certified for the safe collection of combustible dust outside of ATEX classified zones.

ACD vacuums safely collect combustible dust where ATEX certification is not required. So, if you only collect combustible dust in non-classified zone areas like many small bakeries or businesses that utilize materials such as flour, grain, sugar, lactose, and others, there are now fewer safety requirements when collecting combustible dust. And to ensure you are getting the level of safety you need, Nilfisk machines are certified by an independent 3rd-party.

The Nilfisk VHS120 ACD is available in 240v & 110v power options with 2 powerful by-pass motors. A large star shaped filter and on-board filter shaker help maintain maximum airflow even in very dusty environments. The easy-empty drop down waste bin allows for quick and efficient waste disposal and non-marking wheels with locking castors make this easy to transport.

The VHS120 features a 50mm inlet offering a wide range of vacuum tools in both 50mm & 40mm diameter.

For dusts that require bag disposal, the plastic bag system (PBS) allows the vacuum to be used with heavy gauge plastic bags.
