The Nilfisk CTS40 ACD vacuum is certified for the safe collection of combustible dust outside of ATEX classified zones.

So, if you only collect combustible dust in non-classified zone areas like many small bakeries or businesses that utilize materials such as flour, grain, sugar, lactose, and others, there are now fewer safety requirements when collecting combustible dust. And to ensure you are getting the level of safety you need, Nilfisk machines are certified by an independent 3rd-party.

The Nilfisk CTS40 ACD is powered by a 415v side channel blower providing reliable low noise performance. A large star shaped filter and on-board filter shaker help maintain maximum airflow even in very dusty environments. The easy-empty drop down waste bin allows for quick and efficient waste disposal and large wheels with locking castors make this easy to transport.

The CTS40 ACD features a 70mm inlet offering a wide range of vacuum tools in 70, 50 & 40mm diameter.

For dusts that require bag disposal, the plastic bag system (PBS) allows the vacuum to be used with heavy gauge plastic bags.
