Food Caddie & Bin Cassette Cleaner

This automated “hot wash” bin cleaning machine is designed for the internal cleaning of food caddies and cassettes that slide inside round or square public bins.

The caddies/cassettes are placed over the top of the wash heads onto the stainless debris grill. At a push of a button the caddie/cassette is firstly power rinsed and then thoroughly “pulse cleaned” with a detergent. Finally, the caddie/cassette is rinsed with clean water.

The machine is controlled by a programmed operator interface. The machine is pre-set as per the customers’ requirements but it does allow for the operator to adjust the cleaning times and heat settings. Suitable training is given upon delivery and an operator manual is supplied.

The machine is built to CE certification and ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 accreditations. Maintenance and service agreements are available upon request.
