Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges are calculated based on a combination of the following criteria:

• Contents of consignment (Hazardous or Non-Hazardous)
• Order Value (£)
• Weight of consignment (kg)
• Geographical Area (Postcode)
• Shipping Method (1-2 Days OR 3-5 Days)

*Surcharges apply on certain product lines.

Delivery Route - East of England (CB; CO; CM; IP; LN; NR; PE)

Deliveries are conducted to the following postcodes on the days stated:

Delivery Terms & Conditions

• Hugh Crane Cleaning Equipment reserve the right to change carriage prices at any time.
• The delivery schedules of either 1-2 days OR 3-5 days refer to actual working days and therefore doesn't include weekends or public holidays.
• Rates are calculated based on applicable transportation and do not include surcharges, ancillary / other charges, duties and taxes or special handling fees.
• East of England deliveries are subject to our, own van delivery schedule. Please ask at point of order or see details on our own van delivery schedule at the bottom of this page.
• If ordering for 1-2 days delivery hazardous chemical consignments must be ordered by 12:00 noon, whilst standard consignments by 14:00.
• Our carriers designate a delivery window of 09:00 - 17:00; out of hours deliveries or specific delivery conditions at the delivery address must be notified by the customer at point of order. We reserve the right to charge customers if we incur repeat delivery charges from our carriers.
• AM & Saturday deliveries must be arranged on a sale-by-sale basis and priced accordingly.
• All prices on this page are exclusive of VAT.
• Any deliveries to non-UK countries will be arranged on a individual consignment basis
• We will inform you by e-mail notification the dispatch of your consignment, with a link to your consignment’s tracking details. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within the delivery date.
• All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. This takes on more importance with Type-8 chemical deliveries as the carrier legally needs a confirmation of delivery at site.
• If goods are showing signs of damage in transit, please refuse to accept the delivery on receipt.
• Certain delivery areas are subject to delivery restrictions, so only an economy service is available (3-5days). See tables above for details.
